It is never too late to learn and upskill with e-learning. Learning is a life-long process, but the learning approach changes as we become adults. One of the key advantages of e-learning is the flexibility learners get. Learners can access courses anytime, from anywhere, and from any device, whether it\u2019s a laptop, tablet, or desktop. The e-learning courses have rejected the one-size-fits-all approach, thereby making people more receptive to information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.      Retain information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s believed that people forget an average of 70% of what they learn in a day. E-learning courses, however, are designed to help learners remember better and even review content as many times as they need to, which makes it easy to digest information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.      Immediate feedback<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It helps them understand whether they have answered a question correctly or not right after submitting a test. This brief moment of intervention gives context and meaning to their correct input, which makes the material more memorable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interactivity has been proven to enhance the sense of achievement in learners. E-learning interactions engage and motivate learners towards meaningful learning and critical thinking.
